  1. Slice up your banana and measure out all of your ingredients. 
  2. Slowly add to your blender / using an immersion blender, blend all ingredients until smooth
  3. Pour into a glass of your choice and serve immediately.

  1. Combine all of your ingredients in a jar: mix the oats, milk, flaxseeds, chopped almonds and honey in a jar or container of your choice. 
  2. Stir to ensure all the ingredients are combined and seal the lid allowing the oats to absorb the liquid and soften. 
  3. Place into the fridge overnight and enjoy the next morning, ensuring you give your oars a stir. 
  4. You can top with some fresh fruit, a sprinkle of cinnamon, more nuts or even a spoonful of peanut butter for extra flavour and nourishment.
