Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 250ml coconut milk
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions:
- Slice up your banana and measure out all of your ingredients.
- Slowly add to your blender / using an immersion blender, blend all ingredients until smooth
- Pour into a glass of your choice and serve immediately.

- Combine all of your ingredients in a jar: mix the oats, milk, flaxseeds, chopped almonds and honey in a jar or container of your choice.
- Stir to ensure all the ingredients are combined and seal the lid allowing the oats to absorb the liquid and soften.
- Place into the fridge overnight and enjoy the next morning, ensuring you give your oars a stir.
- You can top with some fresh fruit, a sprinkle of cinnamon, more nuts or even a spoonful of peanut butter for extra flavour and nourishment.
