A quick convenient and nutrient packed breakfast to boost energy.
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 30g peanut butter
- 250ml almond milk
- 15g oats
Instructions:
- Peel and slice the banana into chunks before placing into a freezer safe bag or container in the portions you plan to use for each smoothie.
- Measure out the peanut butter, oats and almond milk into separate containers so that when you’re ready to make your smoother, everything is ready to go.
- When you are ready for your smoother, simply add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth – or whatever your desired consistency is – adding more almond milk if you prefer it thinner.
- Pour your smoothie into a glass or to-go cup if you’re on the move. This smoothie is perfect for a quick breakfast or a midday energy boost.
