A quick convenient and nutrient packed breakfast to boost energy.

  1. Peel and slice the banana into chunks before placing into a freezer safe bag or container in the portions you plan to use for each smoothie. 
  2. Measure out the peanut butter, oats and almond milk into separate containers so that when you’re ready to make your smoother, everything is ready to go. 
  3. When you  are ready for your smoother, simply add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth – or whatever your desired consistency is – adding more almond milk if you prefer it thinner. 
  4. Pour your smoothie into a glass or to-go cup if you’re on the move. This smoothie is perfect for a quick breakfast or a midday energy boost.
