Ingredients:
- 200g salmon
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp cloves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a small bowl, mix together the turmeric, cloves, and olive oil. Rub this mixture over the salmon fillet to let marinade for your desired amount of time.
- Place the salmon on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve with quinoa or steamed greens for a complete, nourishing meal.
