Absolutely, we have lots of great advice to help you prepare for your postpartum period such as how to prepare easy, nourishing meals that you can stick in the freezer as well as what to have in your pantry ready for when you give birth. We recommend joining in your third trimester.

We offer a holistic approach to postpartum care, including:

We provide evidence-based guidance and resources to help you understand and manage PPD. However, we are not a crisis service. If you’re in distress, please reach out to your GP, midwife, or a mental health professional. You can also find crisis support numbers on our resources page.

Yes, all members are eligible for a free 15-minute consultation call with our hormone specialist to better understand your symptoms and current needs.

Based on your consultation with our hormone specialist, we will advise on the necessary functional lab tests, which will be delivered to your home. Once the results are in, our specialists will analyse your lab results and provide an integrated recovery plan tailored to your needs.
